The design of the NanoPak is based on the award-winning design of hawo’s Gereration Easy series. We have designed the devices of this product generation to meet the high standards, in terms of professionalism, aesthetics and solidity, as required in surgeries and SPD (CSSD’s) in hospitals while always conforming to the strictest safety guidelines.

THE PRO-LINE
The validatable hm 660 AS-V impulse sealing devices are used to sealable pouches and tubes (SPS). The footswitch-operated and magnetic sealing system makes them ideal for constant use (for example, in hospitals and the medical industry). The intuitive control unit on the sealing devices makes menu navigation and data entry especially easy.

hawo InkTest PRO
THE CONVENIENT 4-SIDES INK TEST
All our professional hawo InkTest systems (hawo InkTest) of the PRO series are dye penetration tests for the routine testing of seal seam integrity based on method A, also known as 4-side test. To use the InkTest PRO simply insert one disposable cartridge into the pouch to be tested, seal it and push it open. The 2 ml test liquid is spread evenly over all four sealing seams. This means that the integrity of the packaging can be inspected completely and in a single step.
Any irregularities that may occur (e.g. channels) become visible immediately after squeezing on the disposable cartridge. No further auxiliary equipment such as pipettes is required for the tests. In addition, there is no risk of the test liquid dripping or spilling onto other objects at your workplace or onto your clothing and skin.
- InkTest PRO (blue)
- The InkTest PRO (blue) is a new generation ink test for routine testing of sealing seams. A classic, Triton X-free ink solution for the routine testing of sealed seams
- Recommended for: Sealable bags and pouches made of film and paper.
- InkTest PRO HDPE (red)
- The new InkTest PRO HDPE (red) is suitable for Tyvek packaging. Developed especially for the routine testing of sealed seams of sealable bags and pouches made of film and uncoated polyolefin materials
- Recommended for: Uncoated polyolefin materials
hawo Seal Check / Seal Check HDPE
INDICATOR STRIP FOR SEAL INTEGRITY
The seal indicators Seal Check(for clear pouches and tubes made from paper / film) and Seal Check HDPE(for clear pouches and tubes made from uncoated Tyvek film)make defective areas visible on the dark indicator strips. hawo Seal Check is not suitable for use with side-fold films. The hawo Seal Check comes in a package designed especially for ease of use and with a reference card for assessing the results.
