S1000 Steam Sterilizers The Evolution of Success
The sterilizer has been updated with a new control system featuring a modern TFT touchscreen and an integrated PLC. This allows for independent temperature and pressure readings. The innovative frontal design makes cleaning easy, and the backlit indicator icons show the sterilizer's status. Moreover, economizer systems help reduce energy and water consumption. The sterilizer is Ethernet-ready and can connect with standard management and traceability systems. A remote connection via an Ethernet port enables the Technical Support Service to diagnose incidents/failures remotely and provide faster solutions. The redistribution of complete circuits and components makes maintenance procedures easier.

Loading and unloading system for steam sterilizers from the Matachana EasyCHARGE S1000 Series
Different to conventional loading systems:
- The EasyCHARGE loading system has been specially developed for fast and optimal loading of the steam sterilizers from the S1000 Series.
- The EasyCHARGE system consists of fewer components than conventional loading systems as it does not use loading platforms/frames. This means a reduction in cost and necessary space.
LOADING AND UNLOADING TROLLEY WITH ELECTRIC PLATFORM HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
- Facilitates the task in areas with sterilizers of different heights. High manoeuvrability due to the wheels with locking and brake system.
- Loading/unloading trolley with electrically adjustable height platform: Simply using a basic push-button system, the user introduces the load into the chamber automatically and can also remove it once the sterilization cycle has completed successfully.
Loading and unloading system for steam sterilizers from the Matachana EasyCHARGE S1000 Series
Different to conventional loading systems:
- The EasyCHARGE loading system has been specially developed for fast and optimal loading of the steam sterilizers from the S1000 Series.
- Since the EasyCHARGE system does not use loading platforms/ frames, the return of the loading platforms/frames is no longer required. This eliminates the need for return windows, which not only reduces the acquisition cost, but also saves additional space in the RUMED.
AUTOMATIC LOADING / UNLOADING SYSTEM
- They offer optimum ergonomics and enables to reduce the physical effort of the staff.
- In addition, as its complete flexibility allows to adapt to different working methods (with or without loading frames, platforms, etc.).
Loading and unloading system for steam sterilizers from the Matachana EasyCHARGE S1000 Series
Different to conventional loading systems:
- The EasyCHARGE loading system has been specially developed for fast and optimal loading of the steam sterilizers from the S1000 Series.
- The material to be sterilized is placed in containers or baskets, which are introduced and removed from the interior of the chamber with no need to use loading platforms/ frames. This system provides overall savings, both in terms of investment and daily operations.
- In addition, its handling has been simplified and the use of space in the medical device processing unit (RUMED) has been optimized.
