BRUSHES
3183-P AND MR001903 INSTRUMENT CLEANING BRUSHES
Designed for cleaning instruments prior to further processing, these reusable brushes are manufactured with nylon bristles that adhere to a contoured plastic handle. These brushes are used in conjunction with a suitable cleaning solution that assists healthcare workers in the initial cleaning of items for which brushing to remove contamination is a recommended step in the cleaning process.

BLOCK STYLE BRUSHES
Featuring Toothbrush style, Shoe Handle style and Block style brushes, available with nylon or stainless steel filaments. Choose from the style best able to clean the instrument at hand. Inexpensive, but quality built to ensure long serviceable life capable of effectively cleaning surgical instruments in preparation for further reprocessing.
BRUSH RACK
Manufactured from stainless steel, the 16W x 35L Inch Brush Rack is designed with twelve threaded angled pegs to hang your facilities brushes out to dry, while allowing, after being cleaned, the rinsing solution from the brush bristles to be safely contained in the built-in drip tray.
BRUSH STORAGE RACK & BRUSH SOAK TRAY
The Brush Storage Rack is made of clear Plexiglas. It is easily mounted to any wall surface with two screws. Each Rack has 10 slots, each capable of storing several brushes. Brushes hang from their eyelets for quick and convenient storage. The Brush Soak Tray is designed to be mounted to the wall below the Storage Rack at a length allowing the brush part to be completely submerged in the cleaning solution.

CHANNEL BRUSH
Lumened wire-guided dilators are used primarily in the treatment of esophageal strictures. They are available single-use or reusable. Types include Savary-Gilliard® and American Dilation System dilators. The dilators have a central channel that accommodates a guidewire. They come in various diameters, but the guidewire channel remains consistently the same size. This channel requires brushing and flushing during manual cleaning. Healthmark’s CC2-100-200 Channel Brush is available for this purpose. The nylon bristles and sturdy thermoplastic shaft allows for smooth and effective passage through this lumen.

DOUBLE END ACETABULAR REAMER BRUSH
Manufactured for cleaning acetabular reamers, the Double End Acetabular Reamer Brush is designed with a latex-free thermoplastic handle and bristles. Equipped with durable rigid brush fibers that assist with debris removal, the reusable double ended brush allows healthcare workers to clean inside acetabular reamers and individual cutting holes.
ELEVATOR MECHANISM BRUSH
Equivalent in brush dimensions (diameter, brush part length) to the Olympus’ MAJ-1888 for cleaning endoscope elevator mechanism wires; our uniquely designed small-scale brush head is comprised of polyamide brush filaments attached to a plastic-coated wire core for efficient scrubbing of endoscope elevator wires.

These brushes that have been designed to facilitate maximum cleaning performance while ensuring compatibility with the endoscope channel. The tapered bristle brushes and colonoscope/duendoscope brushes are long enough, small enough and flexible enough to clean your flexible endoscopes.

INSTRUMENT SHAVER BRUSH
This unique dual ended brush is manufactured for removing soil and debris from surgical shaver tools prior to sterilization, the Instrument Shaver Brush is designed with a latex-free thermoplastic handle and thermoplastic bristles, as well as a brush catch made from stainless steel.

STERILIZER CLEANING BRUSHES
Designed to be used with a suitable cleaning solution, the Sterilizer Cleaning Brushes assist with the internal cleaning of autoclaves and sterilizers for which brushing of surface contamination is a recommended step in the cleaning process. The 54 In. to 8 Ft. fiberglass Telescoping Handle (“TH-01”) is designed to be used in conjunction with both the nylon bristled Deck Brush (“DB-01”) and polyester bristled Tank Brush (“TB-01”), allowing for greater reach and thorough cleaning ability. Equipped with a plastic break resistant handle and nylon bristles, the lightweight Utility Scrub Brush (“USB-01”) is manufactured to work in the most comfortable positions and provide the most efficient cleaning. TOOTHBRUSH STYLE BRUSHES
Healthmark’s line of Toothbrush Style Brushes are designed for cleaning surfaces of instruments. Brush head material options include nylon, stainless steel and brass.
TRACHEAL CLEANING BRUSHES
Designed as single-use, the Tracheal Cleaning Brushes are 15 centimeters in length and assist with the cleaning of tracheal cannulas ranging from 6 to 12mm. Manufactured to facilitate maximum cleaning performance while ensuring compatibility with the channels of cannulated items, the curved white thermoplastic bristle brush tips connect to a stainless-steel wire and join to a flexible thermoplastic tubing, which allows for adequate debris removal from trachea tubes.

TRUMPET VALVE BRUSH
This double-ended brush is designed for cleaning the trumpet valves, ports and barrels of laparosopic instruments. The two diameter sizes are the most common sizes for these instruments.

ENDOPRO-CAM®
Designed for evaluating the condition of rigid endoscopes, the EndoPro-Cam® is a portable endoscopic video system providing 1080p high resolution HD imaging that assists healthcare workers with inspection of their facilities' rigid scope to check if their device is damaged. The lightweight ergonomic EndoPro-Cam® allows for image capture, recording and adapts to C-Mount couplers. Featuring a 4.3 Inch LCD monitor, the EndoPro-Cam® is equipped with a Micro SD card slot, Micro USB port and Mini HDMI port. FIS WALL MOUNT WITH BRACKET
Designed to be used in conjunction with our FIS Optical Inspection products, the black FIS Wall Mount with Bracket is 4.75L x 4.75W x 1.65H Inches. Manufactured from steel, the FIS Wall Mount with Bracket adheres to the back of the “FIS Tablet Case” & can be adjusted to the optimal viewing angle. Once set at the desired angle, the mount can be easily locked in place by tightening one of the cap screws. FIS-007 FLEXIBLE INSPECTION SCOPE
Designed to visually inspect internal channels of potentially soiled or damaged items, the FIS-007 provides enhanced light, vision, and magnification. This borescope also offers users the option to document photos* and videos* of lumens and crevices not visible to the unaided eye. The FIS-007 has a modular design with interchangeable Flexible Inspection Scope attachments available in diameters of 1.06mm (CT-102) and 1.9mm (CT-101, CT-103, CT-104). These scopes have a working length of 110cm (CT-101 & CT-102), 60cm (CT-103) and 200cm (CT-104) and attach to a control box which allows light level adjustments. The 1.06mm scope is designed to inspect internal channels of 1.1mm in diameter or larger, and the 1.9mm scopes are designed to inspect internal channels of 2.0mm in diameter or larger. Healthmark’s Scope Viewer Software is included with the USB Control Box version of the FIS-007 and is compatible with Windows 10 & 11 PCs. The Scope Viewer Software allows the user to easily capture and save photos and videos for future reference. An image reference window also allows the user to display a previously saved image to reference alongside of the live view of an item being inspected. Visual inspection of items can be challenging, which is why we’ve designed the LED 4x Magnifier. Equipped with a 72mm diameter lens for up close visual inspection for potential damage and residual soil after cleaning. LED INTERCHANGEABLE MAGNIFIER

LOUPE SET WITH SMARTPHONE ADAPTER
Manufactured for close visual inspection of medical devices, the ergonomically designed 4-piece eye loupe set and smartphone adapter are made from ABS plastic and rubber. Engineered to rest comfortably in your eye socket, the eye loupes can be used manually by hand or with a phone by connecting the eye loupes to the smartphone adapter and attaching it to the cellular device by placing it in front of the camera to capture pictures and videos for documentation purposes.

The MG10081-8 pocket microscope makes it easy to view and study small instruments under high magnification. The Secure Valve Bag is designed to store detachable parts and maintain traceability of critical endoscope valve components before and after reprocessing by keeping the valve components with the parent scope, complying with current standards. The single-use nature of this ensures that cross-contamination is minimized.
For enhanced security and traceability, the Secure Valve Bag features a tamper evident seal which allows one to securely attach to a scope. SILICONE CABLE & INSTRUMENT TIES
These single use heat-resistant cable and instrument ties are manufactured to tightly secure a multitude of medical devices and can be of use during procedures in keeping stray cords from interfering with the performance of health care professionals. TX59 – ULTRA MICRODENIER WIPES
The TX59 is a 100% polyester double-knit microdenier wiper. These are the cleanest, most consistent and rigorous quality tested cleanroom wipers. The TX59 yarn has four times the number of filaments and twice the surface area in the yarn bundle compared to standard polyester wipes.
This design increases wiping efficiency to the point that these wipes have the demonstrated ability to capture and remove microbial contamination (98% bacterial contamination reduction demonstrated). Manufactured from artificial elastomer, the Latex Free Scissor Test is a tool to test the sharpness of scissors. The Latex Free Scissor Test is a 5-inch wide 6-yard roll that is offered in the colors of yellow or red. The yellow roll is .312 lbs., has a thickness of .007 Mil and is for testing scissor blades with lengths less than 4.5 inches. POUCH SEAL INTEGRITY TEST
Pouch Seal Integrity Test : Designed to test the integrity of seals on either paper/poly or Tyvek® /poly packaging material, the Pouch Seal Integrity Test checks for an intact seal, punctures, tears and open seals of heat seal and self-seal pouches. The Pouch Seal Integrity Test is packed in an aluminum package to protect the ink against light influences, and does not use any pipettes or other objects, so it will not damage the seal. The test allows the user to verify the effective sealing of pouches by checking for leakage or migration of blue (paper/poly) or red (Tyvek®) Methylene. Simply, place the test in a pouch before it’s sealed. Once sealed, press the test in the direction of the arrow, and then hold the test in a straight position with the seal downwards. Upon doing so the ink will get in contact with the seal and make any weak spots immediately visible.

Simply place arrow through slot of item to be sealed, gently push arrow into locking barrel until it engages locking teeth and push on padlock seal to ensure it has been properly locked. LEAK TESTER
Leak Tester : Testing your facilities endoscope leak tester prior to use is a necessary step to ensure leak testing demonstrates accurate results, which is why we’ve created the Leak Tester Tester. Designed to check the accuracy of air pressure provided by automated and handheld endoscope leakage testers, the Leak Tester Tester assists healthcare workers in the reprocessing areas to make sure their endoscope leak tester is working properly by testing the functionality of the pump and the connector for leaks prior to using. The Leak Tester Tester assists in reducing the potential for cross-contamination, damage and costly repairs that result from using an endoscope with leaks. Manufactured from stainless steel, the testers come in a package of four or can be purchased separately. They are offered for the following leak testers: the Olympus automated leak tester, the Olympus handheld tester, the Pentax handheld tester and the Karl Storz handheld tester. Simply attach the desired leak tester tester to your facilities endoscope leak tester, turn it on or pressurize the bulb, and read the pressure on the gauge, which gives a quick and objective result of the amount of air being expelled from the leak testers.
Healthmark offers Leak Tester Tester Calibration Service for our Leak Tester Testers. This service allows healthcare facilities to send Healthmark their Leak Tester Testers for an annual, routine calibration. The calibration service recertifies that the Leak Tester Testers are functioning within specifications. In addition to annual calibration, should the Leak Tester Tester be dropped, the gauge inadvertently submerged in fluid or not displaying a zero PSI reading prior to use then it should be returned for proper re-calibration. A Loaner Leak Tester Tester is provided while your Leak Tester Tester unit is in for calibration.
MCGAN INSULATION TESTER
Designed for electrically testing electrosurgical instruments, the low frequency high voltage Insulation Tester is used to detect and locate defects such as pinholes, cracks and bare spots in the jacket or coating of laparoscopic and bi-polar electrosurgical instruments. The Insulation Tester is a handheld, portable unit that tests the insulation integrity of electrosurgical equipment for flaws in protective coatings applied over conductive instrument surfaces in order to prevent inadvertent tissue burns, which may occur during electrosurgical instrument procedures.
Manufactured with a rechargeable battery, the Insulation Tester maintains applied test voltage with constant current source, features full test current at low voltages, limited output current for operational safety, easy to read LED Indicators, as well as LED display of alarm and battery charge. The Insulation Tester comes with the following reusable and interchangeable accessories: ground wire with alligator clip, ring electrode, tri-hole electrode, brush electrode, saddle, and case. SHAVER LEAK TESTER
Designed for pressure testing arthroscopic shavers to help identify leaks caused by failing seals that degrade over time from repeated use and processing, the Shaver Leak Tester assists healthcare workers in reprocessing areas to make sure their shaver is working properly by using both a hand pump to apply pressure and a testing stop made from polypropylene to create a temporarily closed system within the fluid pathway of the shaver to pressure test for leaks. Utilizing positive pressure allows the user to confirm if the internal seals are fully intact or if the shaver needs to be sent out for repair.
The Shaver Leak Tester helps in reducing the potential for cross-contamination, damage and costly repairs that result from using a shaver with leaks. Simply, select the appropriate brand specific testing stop and insert the stop into the distal end of the shaver’s handpiece until it is fully seated. Then, connect the open end of the silicone tubing attached to the pressure gauge, to the stainless-steel discharge port located at the proximal end of the handpiece. Next, use the bulb of the hand pump to apply pressure and observe that the pressure gauge is displaying and maintaining a positive value. Confirmation of positive static pressure on the pressure gauge indicates no leaks in the fluid pathway and is considered a passing result. The brand-specific Shaver Leak Tester stops are not interchangeable and offered for the following shavers: the Midas Rex shaver, the Stryker Formula shaver, the Stryker Small Joint shaver, the Dyonics shaver, the Conmed Linvatec shaver, and the Arthrex shaver.

Following the instructions of your detergent manufacturer, determine the appropriate water level for the bath. In the write in space, note the volume of water. Staff should then be instructed as to the amount of detergent to add to the bath, in accordance with the detergent manufacturer’s IFU.
TEMP-HL
This irreversible, disposable thermometer has the ability to indicate both high and low temperatures to ensure that reprocessed items stay within a desired temperature range during transportation of goods. When the temperature gets to 0°C, a distinct clear to red color change occurs. Conversely, when the temperature exceeds 29°C, the color changes from white to black. TEMP-HLs are sold in packs of 10.

With modern automated instrument washers, water temperature is typically the key source of thermal disinfection. The level of disinfection and time & temperature to achieve that level differ between brands of washers. Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that the targeted disinfection temperature is the surface temperature, not the temperature of the water injected into the chamber.
TEMPACHEK 90
When using an automated instrument washer, the temperature of the initial rinse water should not exceed 45°C (113°F) and should remain significantly below this level. At 45°C, blood quickly denatures and becomes highly insolvent. If the washer utilizes an enzyme detergent, it is important that the temperature remain within the optimal range (typically 100°F – 125°F).

It is invisible to the human eye, but with the SonoCheck™ you can test for the presence of cavitation energy – the cleaning power – of your ultra-sonic cleaner. Ultrasonic cleaning is a result of sound waves introduced into a cleaning liquid by a series of transducers. The sound travels throughout the tank and creates waves of compression and expansion. During the expansion wave, molecules of the liquid are pulled dramatically, ripping them apart.

FLEXICHECK™
This three part kit simulates a flexible endoscope channel and is designed to challenge the cleaning efficiency of endoscope washers with channel irrigation apparatus. The kit includes a clear flexible tube, attached to a stainless steel lumen device. The test coupon is placed in the lumen and the entire device is hooked up to the irrigation port of the endoscope washer. The test coupon includes two soils, components of blood soil and polysaccharide soil.
HEMOCHECK™
Go beyond what you can see and test instruments with the HemoCheck™ blood detection kit. Finding a stain on an instrument that has gone through reprocessing is never good. If the stain is blood, the implications are even more serious. The HemoCheck™ is an all-in-one test, provides a result in 30 seconds, is simple to interpret and indicates blood residue down to 0.1μg.
LUMCHECK™
LumCheck™ is designed as an independent check on the cleaning performance of pulse-flow lumen washers. Embedded on the stainless steel plate is a specially formulated blood soil which includes the toughest components of blood to clean. After washing, if the LumCheck™ is visually clean, the test indicates that the washing device is working properly. If residue remains on the plate, the LumCheck™ indicates a failure in the washing process, which requires further investigation. The LumCheck™ is made up of three key components: The Test Soil, the Stainless Steel Plate and the LumCheck™ Holder.
PROCHEK-II™
It looks clean. But is it? The ProChek-II™ is simple to use, provides a rapid result, is an all-in-one test, and is easy to interpret. The ProChek-II™ measures for residual protein on surfaces. Protein is a significant component of bioburden. Traces of protein indicate an unclean surface and a likely source of cross contamination.

AQUATEST™ 3-IN-1 WATER QUALITY TEST STRIPS
Water quality is key to the performance of chemical cleaning agents. In particular, hard water binds up detergent molecules, preventing them from breaking down the contaminants. Further, these molecules are often a source of staining and pitting of surgical instruments. Enzymes used in enzymatic detergent are highly influenced by the pH level of water. An improper pH level can lead to the partial or complete inactivation of the enzymes relied upon to breakdown the soil on instruments. Total alkalinity measures the amount of alkaline buffers in water.
ULTRAVIOLET INDICATORS
Ideal for use with Midbrook Medical’s “UV Flash”, but capable of testing full room UV disinfectors these ultraviolet indicators activate and perform a color change when exposed to at least 254nm UV-C for one minute. These indicators are a great way to make sure that UV disinfectors are working correctly!
CARTWASHCHECK™
Cart washers are important tools in the overall effort to reduce cross contamination. Often they are used to clean not just surgical case carts, but also basins, instrument trays, wheel chairs and other supply and patient transport equipment. The CartWashCheck™ is the first test designed to challenge the mechanical efficiency of the cart washer.
