ADHESIVE LABELS
CLEAN LABEL
Clean Label: Effective communication among healthcare professionals is an essential part of success for providing superior care and achieving patient satisfaction, which is why we’ve created the Clean Label. Manufactured to convey key information to healthcare professionals, the clean label is intended to conceal and cover the bio symbol on SST tray systems when transporting clean medical instruments. The label is a 4 x 4 Inch design with a removable adhesive backing that has a green colored background and “CLEAN” in white text. Prior to use, ensure the application surface area is dry and simply apply the label with firm thumb pressure.

HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTED LABEL
High Level Disinfected Label: Designed for containers that hold high-level disinfected or contaminated scopes, the High Level Disinfected Label is 2” x 3” that has a green top tab with “CLEAN” and “HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTED” in black text, as well as a removable self-adhesive orange bottom tab with “BIOHAZARD” in black text that provides space to record the time the scope was pre-cleaned. By labeling containers as “CLEAN” or “BIOHAZARD”, the High Level Disinfected Label serves as a communication tool that provides information to healthcare professionals working throughout different departments.

TRANSPORTATION IDENTIFICATION TAG

The Transportation Identification Tag is produced precisely for transporting materials considered a biohazard, while acting as an essential communication tool in the process. By labeling a cart or container “biohazard” upon its return to the sterile processing department, the Transportation Identification Tag assists in supplying information to the OR/Procedure Room. One-Hour Indicator: According to the IFU of popular model flexible endoscopes, the cleaning of the device must commence within one hour of post-procedure bedside cleaning. Designed to be a visual reminder to healthcare workers, the single-use indicator is a small 19 x 32 mm tamper-proof label that is applied to a self-looping label. To activate the indicator, simply press the blister on the strip, and upon activation a safe dye migrates along a one-hour display run-out window, which shows elapsed time. No preconditioning is required, there are no moving parts, and no power source is required.

12 DAY INDICATOR HANGTIME LABEL
12 Day Indicator Hangtime Label: Designed as a visual reminder for healthcare workers, the label features a twelve-day elapsed time indicator adhered to a blue 8.5 x 2.5-inch self-looping hangtime label, allowing for quick and ongoing observable clarification of how long it’s been since an endoscope has been reprocessed. The label allows staff to document critical information including the scope serial number and healthcare worker initials, as well as the date and time the indicator was activated. No preconditioning is required, there are no moving parts, and there is no power source. To activate the indicator, firmly press the blister on the strip, and upon activation a safe dye migrates along a twelve-day display run-out window, which shows elapsed time. EYE WASH TEMPERATURE CHECK TAG
Designed for checking the water temperature and logging information of eye wash stations, the white 9L x 5W Inch Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag assists healthcare workers with verifying that the water of their facilities' eye wash station is within a tepid temperature range. Attached to a 36 Inch nickel-plated ball chain to hang from eye wash stations, the front portion of the Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag features a log for individuals to document weekly maintenance checks of their facilities eye wash station, which includes a space to note the month, date, and initials of the inspector. The back portion of the Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag features a liquid crystal thermometer, along with the recommended water temperature range of 16-38°C (60-100°F).

SEEKNFIND™
SeekNFind™: Designed to wirelessly scan RFID tags, the SeekNFind™ provides a means to locate missing or mislaid trays and other assets. Made from PTFE Teflon, the 240 x 86mm tray tag is assembled with stainless steel eyelets that have a diameter of 24mm for easy attachment to instrument baskets. The reader is to be paired with a Bluetooth® technology enabled Android phone and the SeekNFind™ app, available for download from the Google Play store. Equipped with a 4410 mAh lithium-ion battery, the reader comes with a micro USB cable.
WASHER RACK LABELS
Washer Rack Labels: These labels are used to identify and track washer racks through the washing cycles when being tested with the TOSI™ and other ProFormance™ cleaning verification products. Like a license plate for your washer rack, each label has a unique human and machine readable alphanumeric number. The Washer Rack Label will help determine washer racks that are repeatedly not performing to cleaning standards so the issue can be properly identified. Manufactured with anodized aluminum and robust adhesive backing, they are designed to withstand repeated washing cycles.

Hand-held Labeling Systems: Our Hand-held Labeling System has been designed specifically with Central Sterile in mind for the labeling of any items that you need to be autoclaved - from sterile linen packs to instrument trays, and peel pouches. It also has great versatility for labeling in other hospital departments such as dietary and pharmacy. This system gives you the flexibility to print two lines of information with up to eight characters per line. The available characters include two gregorian dates for printing expiration and autoclave dating with additional bands for load and sterilizer numbers.
- Gas-Plasma compatible labels are also available.
PREMIUM HANDHELD LABEL GUN
Handheld Labeling System: A labeling system with two-part labels and a premium label gun. The label gun offers fast and simple drop-in loading, an accurate and precise label feed, clean and easy insertion and removal of the ink-roller, and a one-piece robust and resistant plastic housing for full coverage and protection of the label roll inside. The two-part labels were designed to allow the sterilization record label go with the patient record after use. This will help facilities know exactly when an item was sterilized with each patient.

Colour Code Label Tape: This tape readily accepts ballpoint, pencil or permanent markers. With a service temperature of -70°F to +225°F, it can be used in freezer, refrigerator or incubator. This tape will stay put until your purposely remove it and comes off cleanly with no adhesive transfer.

REMOVABLE PAGE MARKER TAGS
Removable Page Marker Tags: Repositionable with restickable adhesive. Half-adhesive leaves half of the tag exposed. Color code for different people or projects.
SPACE TAPE
Space Tape: Use Space Tape to mark your floors, and other areas of your workplace, quickly and easily! This durable product will outlast most other types of floor marking material and paint. Marking your floors is no longer limited to paint and traditional floor tape. Space Tape is a durable product used just like tape or paint, but with significant differences. Unlike traditional tape, Space Tape has a release backing that is removed during application, so it will not stretch or curl. The vinyl is thin, yet durable, so it will not snag and lift off the floor in high traffic areas. Space Tapes are available in 13 solid colors and 5 stripped version that really stand out. Preformed corners and “T’s” shapes are available too for simple identification of cornered areas.
