HANGING TAG
Hanging Tag: Manufactured to be used with container systems, the white colored tag is 3.5 x 1.9 x 0.78 inches. The Tag provides an ideal surface for barcode labels. Simply slide the tamper evident seal through cross-slot and affix to the container. The Hanging Tags are single-use, non-adhesive and heat resistant up to a temperature of 275˚ F.

UnderGuard™ Tray Corners : Produced from pure cellulose wood pulp, manufactured with low chloride and sulfate content and free from optical dyes, these die-cut tray corners can be safely used to protect the corner of wrapped trays from the sharp edges of trays. In just a couple of steps, tray corners are assembled and ready to use. This count sheet holder has a transparent poly front with a medical grade paper back. This product safely holds the instrument count sheet on the outside of a wrapped tray, in compliance with AORN recommended practices. The poly front allows for quick visual confirmation that the count sheet is present.
PBR-76 COUNT SHEET HOLDER
This is the first of its kind product designed to hold instrument count sheets on the outside of wrapped trays. Simply fold the count sheet over to fit inside medical grade paper pouch and adhere to the side of your wrapped package. The PBR-76 is the more effective packaging option than poly film holders since the paper packaging is manufactured from cellulose material to allow penetration of steam or ETO sterilization.

ENDO BINS AND TROLLEY SET
Endo Bins and Trolley Set: The Endo Bin and Trolley Set are comprised of five (5) lockable Round Soakers trays (20” diameter) to safely hold flexible scopes without over bending. These trays easily slide onto a specially designed stainless-steel Trolley. The lockable trays allow you to create a controlled delivery and retrieval system for endoscopes with tamper evident seals. For your convenience we have included a pre-packaged sample pack of 2 “Clean” seals (green) and 2 “Dirty” seals (red-biohazard) for each lockable Round Soaker tray.
SST TRANSPORT CARTS
SST Transport Carts: Covered SST containers in closed carts afford double protection during transporting. Carts are divided into two compartments (except TTCC-20 which is one compartment). Carts allow for delivery of “clean” and pick-up of “dirty” containers at the same time. Constructed of one-piece, double-walled plastic with casters of stainless steel sealed bearings. Completely cart washable.

TRANSPORT TROLLEY
Transport Trolley: The 2220 Trolley is perfectly suited to transport Healthmark’s 2220 round bins, and has the capability to hold up to 5 bins simultaneously. The stainless steel frame is sturdy enough to address the rigors of daily use. Locking casters insure no unwanted movement. This cart and tray system is ideal for transporting clean and dirty scopes to and from reprocessing. By adding Healthmark’s green and red tamper evident seals it becomes an excellent process control system for both Clean (green) and Dirty (red) Flexible Endoscopes.

EndoDolly™ : Manufactured from stainless steel, the EndoDolly™ is designed for hanging scopes and stands on a five-wheel locking base for ease of transportation. The EndoDolly™ is equipped with 3 self-adjusting extension poles that can be individually raised or lowered by simply touching a pressure button. The user can extend the 2 outside poles to a maximum height of 212 centimeters or lowered to a minimum height of 133 centimeters, with the center pole able to be adjusted to a maximum height of 272 centimeters or lowered to a minimum height of 149 centimeters. Located at the top of each pole is a lock tight hook holder that can accommodate two scopes per pole of any length and supports flexible scopes up to 15 lbs. per pole. Each self-adjusting pole comes with polycarbonate cups that allow for the scope tip to be placed in during transportation, storage, or quality assurance testing.
ENDOWALLY
Manufactured from stainless steel, the EndoWally™ is designed for hanging scopes and built with wall mount support arms that pivot to allow the user to swing the scope into place as needed. The EndoWally™ is equipped with a self-adjusting pole that can be raised or lowered by simply touching a pressure button. For stability, the user should ensure that 4 inches of the pole is always sticking out through the bottom support arm, which means the max the pole can be extended to is 61 inches. Located at the top of the pole is a lock tight hook holder that can accommodate two scopes of any length and has a weight capacity of 40 lbs. The self-adjusting pole comes with 2 polycarbonate cups that allow for the scope tip to be placed in during temporary storage, while conducting active drying or quality assurance testing.
