In Vitro Technologies is excited to welcome the addition of Miele Bedpan Washers to our Miele Professional Medical product range. We have two high capacity yet compact, small footprint models available – with the flexibility to select between a free-standing or underbench design to suit varying facility requirements and needs.

  • Automatic self-cleaning - During disinfection, steam is passed through the chamber of the bedpan washer, its pipework and nozzles. This not only thoroughly and reliably disinfects loads but also the entire system of pipework and nozzles
  • Economical and Efficient - several rotating and fixed nozzles guarantee the optimum transfer of mechanical energy and access all areas whilst saving water and chemicals.
  • Continuous process monitoring - controls monitor compliance with all process parameters, with alarm and error messages for deviation in parameters
  • LCD Display - provides additional security through display of relevant data (e.g., A0 value reached, maximum cycle temperature, status of current programme*)
  • Long life cycle and hygiene security – Chamber and panelwork manufactured from heat- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel (Material 1.4301, AISI 304)
  • Adjustable A0 Value in line with AS/NZS 4187 reprocessing standard requirements - maximum A0 up to 3000*
  • Special-purpose washing and disinfection programme - programme efficacy tested and certified by HYGCEN hygiene institute to be effective against the Clostridioides difficile (Cl.difficile) bacterium

  • Deconex ® 41 STS ALKA is a 3-in-1 alkaline agent that has especially been developed for the cleaning of equipment like bed pans, urine bottles and other human waste containers.
    • + Prevents lime scale and acts as a cleaning and rinsing agent in automated decontamination machines for human waste containers.
    • + Particularly been developed for machines containing acid-sensitive components and or a dosing system which injects the product directly into the steam generator.
    • + Its complexing agent prevents formation of boiler scale in the steam generator. The mild alkaline product also prevents formation of deposits on accessories, machine walls or in nozzles and pipes
