Automatic Transfer System
The Steelco washer-disinfectors can be integrated with Steelco ATS-Automatic Transfer System, an automation system for loading, unloading, and transport phases, specially designed for the processing departments where time and space are at a premium. Its high flexibility and modularity make it a perfect solution for optimal workflow regardless of the facility’s size.
DS 1000 Series
Washer Disinfectors - up to 18 DIN Trays
The DS 1000 Series of washer-disinfectors offers a complete washing, thermal disinfection treatment, and drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity for up to 18 DIN trays. Specially designed to meet the increasing reprocessing demands of modern CSSD, this series of reliable, high-performance machines guarantees efficient and tested washing and thermal-disinfection results. HEPA-filtered H14 forced air drying distribution grants a perfect distribution of air on all chamber parts and basket levels, ensuring the complete inside and outside drying of all the surgical instruments and tubes, the reduction of overall reprocessing time, and maximum safety.
Available as a single door or double door for barrier application versions, the DS 1000 Series can also be ordered in a narrow frame configuration, reducing its width to just 900mm. Loading and unloading washing carts operations can be done at an ergonomic height using manual or automatic transfer conveyors. DS 1000 washer-disinfectors range can, in fact, be equipped with Steelco ATS (Automatic Transfer System) automation for washing loading racks.

TW Mini 3000/2 Smart Tunnel
Double Chamber Washer Disinfector
TW 3000/2 Smart Tunnel is a fully automatic double chamber washer-disinfector. The double chamber innovative approach increases the reprocessing capacity of the washer-disinfectors reaching a productivity of up to 62 DIN 1/1 per hour. Combining high-performance and a small footprint, it achieves the highest productivity/space ratio and productivity/cost ratios in the market. The Smart Tunnel offers a complete washing and thermal disinfection treatment in the first of its two chambers, while the second chamber is fully dedicated to the forced hot air drying phase. An efficient system carefully and evenly distributing air on all chamber zones and washing cart levels ensures perfect drying of all instruments and tubes.
TW 3000/2 Smart Tunnel is a high productivity device with motorized vertical space-saving sliding doors characterized by a reduced footprint. Thanks to the frontal maintenance access, It can be configured into a barrier system as well. It can be integrated with Steelco ATS (Automatic Transfer System).

TW 3000 Multichamber - Tunnel Washer
Multi Chamber Washer Disinfector
TW 3000 is a fully automatic multi-chamber tunnel washer disinfector system with a space-saving motorized sliding-up glass door. Designed to meet the needs of processing departments with a high quantity of medical devices, it can process up to 18 DIN 1/1 net trays per cycle. The independent chambers improve throughput by processing multiple cycles simultaneously. As a modular system, It is possible to configure the tunnel washer by combining modules to perform the pre-washing, ultrasonic washing, washing, rinsing, thermal disinfection, and HEPA filtered hot air drying functions customized to your needs. Equipped with an automatic loading/unloading conveyor system, TW 3000 is compatible with Steelco ATS (Automatic Transfer System).
