Our range of washer-disinfectors provides flexible solutions to meet the need of small- and medium-size clinics. Compact underbench devices specially designed for situations where space is at a premium provide unmatched flexibility, excellent washing results, and drying efficacy. Pass-through freestanding models feature state-of-the-art technology for improved efficiency and reduction in energy consumption.
Hygienic Design
The washing chamber and spray arms as well as tank filters are made of high quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The washing chamber has rounded edges in order to avoid any dirt traps, minimizing the risk of microbial growth. The external cabinet is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (DIN 1.4301). Water filtering system on three levels captures residue preventing re-circulation and extending the pump life.
DS 50 Series
Compact Tabletop Washer Disinfectors
The DS 50 Series of compact washer-disinfectors represents the ideal aid for the cleaning and the thermal disinfection of all types of surgical and dental instruments, with a processing capacity of one DIN tray. The devices automatically execute the three functions of pre-washing, washing, and thermal disinfection. At the end of the cycle, the instruments are ready for sterilization with no further handling.
The DS 50 Series of washer-disinfectors are designed to allow a simple installation onto a bench-top and provide a practical and safe solution for chemical storage. The built-in water softener provides optimal cleaning effectiveness. The drop-down door can conveniently be used as a loading platform for an ergonomic loading and unloading process.

Washer Disinfector - up to 8 DIN Trays
DS 600 represents the ideal aid for washing, thermal disinfection, and forced hot air drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity for up to 8 DIN trays. An efficient hot air drying system ensures perfect drying of all instruments and tubes after disinfection thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The device is available as a single door or double door for pass-through application versions.
DS 600 is equipped with a manual frontal loading hinged door and a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel with an LCD color display to visualize cycle status. The loading and unloading washing carts operations can be done at an ergonomic height by using manual or automatic single loading/unloading transfer trolleys.

Washer Disinfectors - up to 10 DIN trays
The DS 610 Series of high capacity models of washer-disinfector offers a complete washing, thermal disinfection treatment, and HEPA 14 forced hot air drying of all types of surgical instruments, with a processing capacity for up to 10 DIN trays. It is equipped with an efficient hot air drying system that ensures perfect drying of all instruments and tubes after disinfection thanks to the accurate distribution of air on all chamber zones and wash-cart levels. The devices are available as a single door or double door for pass-through application versions.
The DS 610 Series is available in standard or “Fast Cycle” version, allowing a complete cycle in 35 minutes with a substantial improvement on working efficiency and a consequent reduction of energy consumption. The devices are equipped with a high visibility full glass door and a user-friendly soft-touch control system on a glass panel with an LCD color display to visualize cycle status. The loading and unloading washing carts operations can be done at an ergonomic height by using manual or automatic single loading/unloading transfer trolleys.
