Steelco and Belimed Joint Venture

Dear In Vitro Customer,
We wish to update you on the Joint Venture (JV) between Miele (Steelco) and Metall Zug (Belimed) announced in November 2023.
This JV has now received approval from the anti-trust authorities around the world, marking an important milestone in our collaboration. Miele holds 67% of the shares in the JV and Metall Zug 33% through a holding company. The Companies will now operate under the newly established brand, SteelcoBelimed making it one of the largest Companies in the Infection Control sector globally. These companies continue to be legally independent with the same brand entities and the same portfolio products in the first instance. Please refer to the attached notification from Steelco.
As a result, Steelco are committed to deliver all and future obligations on all Projects, Consumables and Spare Parts.
To avoid any ambiguity or misinterpretations, all future communications on the JV will only be in writing directly from Steelco or SteelcoBelimed
